Welcome to Certified Professional Behavior Practitioner (CPBP) Training!
This is the 2nd level in our 2-part series to become a Viatech Global Certified Professional Behavior Practitioner (CPBP).
Viatech's CPBP program provides ongoing education for trainers and coaches who want to effectively use our DISC diagnostic tools within their organization.
This training takes even the most experienced trainer/coach (practitioner) to higher levels of understanding and effectiveness. You will go beyond understanding the classic traits of the four basic styles to having an in depth understanding how the strengths or limitations of each of the styles impact the other style elements.
The Certified Professional Behavior Practitioner training qualifies for SHRM PDC's.

Michael Bouton has over 20 years in assessment consulting for selection and training/development. Certified in DISC Styles Analysis, Values (Motivations) Analysis, and Value Science (Hartman Value Profile), Michael brings together the most powerful toolbox for understanding and maximizing the inner strengths of individuals and teams.
For the past 20 years, Michael and his team have developed assessments, team building workshops and selection services that are delivered worldwide through a network of trained facilitators and coaches. The majority of Michael’s clients are Fortune 500 multinational companies.
During his long career Michael has written on the use of assessments, including an article on the use of psychometric tools to help make the right hire, published in 'The Journal of Medical Practice Management', November/December 2011 issue, and a chapter in the book Engagement, Retention & Growth titled “Taking Tuckman’s 4 Stages of Team Development from 6 Months to One Day”

Level 01 Debriefing the Report
In this video, Michael will walk through a DISCcompass Report, highlighting important areas you will want to focus on as you begin debriefing reports on your own.

Level 02 Available Reports & Tools
In this Level you will learn more about the various versions in the DISCcompass® series. You will be introduced to the creation of Free Team/Group Reports and Tools that are available to you for facilitation and coaching. This also includes an introduction to the DISC Collaboration Report.

Level 03 Reading Graphs & Behavioral Tendencies
In this session we will be addressing the art of reading graphs and understanding all of the information you can glean from Behavioral Tendencies section of the report. Additionally includes how to read the magnitude of each of the style elements and how they relate to the other style elements.

This session covers Coaching for all of the styles and practice debriefing!

Level 05 DISC Benchmark Creation
Learn how to create DISC related Benchmarks, DISC Fitness reports and utilize other on screen data tools.

Level 06 Viatech Profiles Reports/Tools Overview
ViatechProfiles is where you will set up and manage links and reports for your students/participants in DISC workshops. This level will walk you through the use of ViatechProfiles and goes much deeper into the Team/Group reports, including the DISC Collaboration Report.

Level 07 Sharefile Overview
Viatech Global's Sharefile platform is where all of the files you will need to facilitate sessions, debrief and coach clients, and extra resources reside. You will learn about registering, accessing the files, the types of information available depending on your level of training and experience.

A brief introduction to the new Insights GPS tool designed to simplify, lower the cost, and raise the effectiveness in the selection, hiring, and retention of new employees.
